EFFECTIVE TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, TSA IS ADJUSTING THE BAN ON LIQUIDS, AEROSOLS AND GELS
Passengers will be permitted to carry travel-size toiletries (3 oz. or less) in ONE, QUART-SIZE, CLEAR PLASTIC, ZIP-TOP BAG through airport security checkpoints. Only one bag of toiletries will be permitted per passenger. The bag must be sealed and its contents must fit comfortably within it.
Transportation Security Officers will ask travelers to remove the plastic bag from their carry-on and present it separately for X-ray inspection.
Prescription medications in liquid, gel or aerosol form do not need to be placed into a plastic bag, but they must be declared.
Travelers will be permitted to bring beverages and other items purchased in the secure boarding area on-board the aircraft.
