Learn MoreWe understand navigating an airport can be confusing, especially when encountering unexpected issues. While we strive to provide a smooth travel experience, it’s important to understand the division of responsibility between airlines and airports.
Once you check in your baggage and receive a claim check, the airline will take responsibility for its handling and delivery at your destination airport.
This includes boarding procedures, onboard service and ensuring a safe and comfortable flight.
Airlines will communicate any delays, cancellations or gate changes directly to you. Please check with your airline for the most up-to-date flight information or schedule changes.
For questions about lost/damaged baggage, items left on an aircraft, or in an airline gate area, please check with your specific airline for your lost property.
